In-Depth Franchisee Training

World class training and support throughout the life of your business

Our comprehensive Firehouse Subs training process includes over 300 hours of on-the-job and classroom modules that will teach you everything you need to know about operating a Firehouse Subs. You’ll get started with several weeks at one of our restaurants, where you’ll learn all about our beloved menu items and world class customer service.

We’ll also provide courses on administration, management, operations, and leadership. As a Firehouse Subs franchisee, we know that you’ve got natural leadership skills; learning our processes and procedures will make it easier for you to more effectively lead your team. You’ll also receive thorough training on how to market your restaurant, both in your community and on social media. We’ve been helping franchisees become the go-to sandwich spot in their neighborhood for years, and we’ll teach you how to attract guests, establish loyalty, and grow your reputation.

This initial in-person franchisee training will take place over 6-7 weeks. Once you’re getting ready to open, we’ll round out your final training with a series of virtual sessions presented from our headquarters in Jacksonville. As part of our continued dedication to you, we’ll offer additional education programs for you and your higher-level employees throughout the life of your franchise.
